The firm will total responsible to take permissions from concern Port Authorities according to Port/ license rules and regulation and make necessary arrangements when your vessel
required service.

The Documents from your side is to be required i.e. your appointment letter for the concern vessel along with vessel’s master or chief engineer written request or email showing removal quantity of sludge / oily water / bilge water / slope and garbage.

The firm bound to pay all liabilities / Port Dues against operational work i.e. custom duty KPT / PICT / KICT / PQA & QICT Wharf age as per weightment and other government taxes on each act and will be ready to provide all government paid documents to you when required to prove our honesty that the firm regularly paying all government payments. the firm fully responsible to port safety rules / ISPS rules and make all precautionary measures during operational work and follow the port S.O.P.

Pacific Services will furnished / deposited an amount of RS 1, 50,000 being a security deposit to your shipping company in shape of bank pay order (Refundable) to the firm when required. If the operated vessel discharge pure oily water / bilge water or water and the contents of the water showing more than sludge then the firm should be raised an invoice to the vessel or owner for the payment of service charges US Dollar 500 on 24 metric ton quantity or per road tanker. On Conditional basis company has this right to deduct the part amount or full amount from security deposit before deducting the amount our firm should provide the relevant aspect in written forms that why we were failed in service. If the firm and there staff member involve in any fraudulent or illegal activity your company have right to terminate the subject service of our firm immediately if they proved.
